For the YouTube Original documentary “Coachella: 20 Years In the Desert,” Goldenvoice turned to BEN for artist and song clearances covering over 50 live performances from Coachella’s remarkable history.

BEN’s music supervision team leveraged its preferred industry relationships to negotiate hundreds of individual artist and songwriter clearances, resulting in a comprehensive story of how the Coachella Music & Arts Festival was founded, grew to worldwide renown, and continues to impact culture.
THE RESULTS
BEN was also responsible for shaping the film’s music budget, facilitating creative edits from artists, and clearing additional performances for bonus content featurettes. We negotiated and cleared over 50 performances and songs to help pull the documentary together.
