For their 2021 Summer and Fall campaigns, Kate Spade New York wanted to strengthen their creative by using songs that captured the scale and energy of Broadway for exuberant, choreographed dance numbers. BEN helped the brand clear two songs for their global spots — covers of Judy Garland’s “Get Happy” and Petula Clark’s “Downtown” — and also secured the rights for use of these songs across TikTok, allowing Kate Spade New York to create alignment between their ad creative and social campaigns. The social campaigns generated thousands of video creations and billions of video views for the Kate Spade collections.
