Old Navy’s long-standing commitment to create clothing for people of different shapes, sizes and backgrounds was central to its product placement campaign that was recognized with an Adweek 2021 Brand Storytelling Award. Old Navy teamed up with BENlabs to support storylines from diverse creators that were centered around increasing representation and promoting inclusion. By working closely with productions and educating them on Old Navy’s core values, immersive in-store and online shopping moments—both visual and verbal—were created in 12 premium placements across a variety of platforms and mediums.
