Led by the BEN DE&I team, our ERGs bring together employees to foster an inclusive culture. BEN’s Employee Resource Groups is a corporate-sponsored initiative that focuses on educating and celebrating the various cultures and affinities that make us unique. Our ERGs also provide valuable insights into passion points and nuances that allow us to partner with content creators and brands from a place of authenticity
The dates, weeks, and months observed to celebrate your cultural traditions are important to us–after all, your celebrations are part of what shapes you. Our employee-led group recognizes cultural observances throughout the year from Indigenous Peoples Day to Juneteenth to Employee Appreciation Day for Mental Health Awareness (and many more!)
